If the Bible is to be taken literally on the topic of Creation, God made man from the dirt. If it is to be taken symbolically, how did God make Man? If Creation is not to be taken literally, why did the Holy Spirit, or the male writers whom the Holy Spirit was using, bother to frame Creation in a daily timeframe?

If you want to wonder why this is worth thinking about, this is where i'm coming from: Why should Creation be taken symbolically when there's no symbolism for God doing things on a daily calendar? What could that possibly mean OTHER than days? Obviously, Intelligent Design isn't possible if God created the Earth and everything in it in six DAYS. As a child, I was told they were God's days, which could be millions of years in Earth time. well, that's not very consistent of God to phrase it that way for us when, through the apostles, He cited the days of Jesus's death and ascension in Earth time.

My conclusion is that Creation can only be taken literally. Other than quotes from Jesus, where He obviously favored heavy use of metaphors, the Holy Spirit's work should be taken literally, too.

for PROOF:
Creation phrased in days: Genesis 1
Jesus's death and ascension phrased in days: Matthew 27 - 28; Mark 15 - 16; Luke 23-24; John 19-20

association with the right deity

A christian can no more prove the existence of their god than I can prove the existence of my gods and goddesses, which is intriguing to me why everything science digs up to support biblical claims is automatically associated with the god mentioned in the bible. Can evidence be provided to disassociate each and every one of these findings from every pagan god and goddess? While Christians claim that their God is the opriginal god, this is not true when compared to the facts of the matter. The facts reveal that pagan gods and goddesses were worshipped far earier. So what say you to that? Where is the factual evidence to prove that bible stories really belong to the god mentionedin the bible? Christmas doesn't belong associated with Jesus' birthday because he wasn't born on December 25. To steal the thunder of pagan's winter solstace, it was claimed as Christmas. What is to stop these people from doing the same things to all the rest of the biblical writings?

I am not dead.

Death is a transition. It is a part of life. Life does not end. We fear death and it is unnecessary. I can slit my wrists with one of my daggers and my life will not end. It will just change. It will change like so many changes that have already happened in my life. I will change. To what, I do not know yet. It is a mystery that is not revealed until we enter that transition. It can be different for every person. Who am I to say?

Tomorrow I shall do nothing as today I work. I work as we all work. My work without pay as currency. My pay is much different for the work that I do. I grow and experience. Many cannot say the same, as they are lemmings in suits walking towards the edge of their own existences. They are dead. I am not.
